We are looking for a Social Media & Content Marketing Manager to grow, engage, and retain our current follower base, by converting consumers into fanatics of our Brand! You will be seen as a subject matter expert for identifying best practices and new trends in social media marketing and must have a strong grasp on how to both build, and convert, a digital audience through relevant and creative content marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Social & Local Marketing, the ideal candidate for this role has a high-level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills, with a talent for writing custom and engaging content.

You will:

  • Build and manage the Paint Nite’s social media profiles and presence including, but not limited to, Facebook, Google+, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Create sharable links and appropriate content, for specific channels, that embodies our Brand.
  • Listen and engage in relevant social discussion about Paint Nite, our competitors, and/or others in the creative experience industry, from both existing consumers as well as potential leads and new brand audiences.
  • Identify KPIs and run regular social promotions and campaigns to track their success.
  • Analyze social media data to best optimize CTA drivers to hit company revenue goals.
  • Report on findings for all channel using hard data, as well as anecdotal insights, and recommend content plan to Sr. Manager of Social & Local Marketing.
  • Work alongside other members of the Marketing Team to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our target audiences.
  • Collaborate with Social Care Team to ensure content addresses relevant Community needs and helps to promote market growth.
  • Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from our social network presence.
  • Identify new and innovative ways to engage existing and future consumers through exploring new social channels that reach our target audiences.
  • Create and maintain the social media content marketing calendar for all experience types
  • Submit Creative Briefs in a timely manner, and work with the Creative Team on creating and evolving social media posts.
  • Adhere to, and ensure, that all content is in line with our Brand guidelines and standards.
  • Consult for paid social media and ensure all content fits with our Brand guidelines.

You have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing or a related field
  • 2-4 years of social marketing experience, including writing samples.
  • Professional experience working for a brand (preferably B2C)
  • An active and well-rounded personal presence on social media, with a command of each channel and their best practices.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to determine strategic approach
  • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer, but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions.
  • High level of interpersonal, written, and communication skills.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time; talk or hear; perform fine motor, hand and finger skills in the use of a keyboard, telephone, or writing. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and reach with arms and/or hands. Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will spend their time in an office environment with a quiet to moderate noise level.
