We are looking for an experienced Director of Brand Growth to lead the expansion of Paint Nite’s audience, launch new markets, drive demand, and get the world talking about Paint Nite. This role is a key member of the marketing leadership team, defining and implementing a multi-channel strategy to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. You & your team will be responsible for establishing an integrated communication strategy, launching new growth campaigns, defining KPIs, and leveraging online & offline channels, to drive new revenue growth.

You will:

  • Drive the expansion of Paint Nite’s audience, launch new markets, and establish new revenue streams through online and offline marketing programs.
  • Define and implement a multi-channel communications & media strategy.
  • Define campaign goals, set budget parameters and monitor performance of all digital channels, including Facebook, Google Adwords, SEM, retargeting campaigns, deal sites, and affiliates.
  • Continually identify new growth opportunities, including partnership & sponsorship opportunities and new media channels.
  • Manage all aspects of PR & influencer marketing programs, including establishing program goals & strategies & monitoring results.
  • Develop & implement launch campaigns for new experience types & new markets.
  • Direct the selection and management of agencies and third parties to expedite new program launches.
  • Partner with internal and external resources to optimize the effectiveness of ad spend.
  • Develop a metric and results driven approach, including the establishment of KPIs related to customer acquisition, return on ad spend, consumer value and profitability.
  • Design and deliver periodic reporting packages and direct ad-hoc analysis to drive improved performance of channel marketing efforts.
  • Leverage site functionality and direct site enhancements as necessary to optimize performance of acquisition programs.
  • Collaborate with other marketing functions and cross functionally with the customer service, product, licensing, technology and other teams.
  • Develop and manage team of 2-4.

You need:

  • 10+ years integrated marketing experience, leveraging online and offline channels to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and demand creation.
  • Exceptional business acumen and results orientation.
  • Ability to think creatively & strategically about the future of Paint Nite, applying innovative thinking, sound knowledge of multi-channel media programs, and earned media to drive revenue growth.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience leading complex projects, integrations, and new program launches. Ability to work collaboratively with operations, customer service, and creative teams a must
  • Successful track record working in a high growth, fast paced, results driven company
  • Proven management experience with success hiring, developing and training a team
