Somewhere between the clouds and the treeline, this painting finds a mood that's hard to name but easy to feel — that quiet pull you get when winter starts loosening its grip and everything is about to turn. "Looking to Spring" is what we're making Wednesday night, and I think the colours — soft grays, greens pushing through, that lift of yellow — are going to surprise you on the canvas. We'll be up at Greentree Country Club on Eagle Mountain, with the Fraser Valley stretching out below us, and I've run nearly 600 of these nights, so I'll meet you where you are, brush in hand, no matter where that is.
Escape the day to day at Jess’ Sky. Set atop Eagle Mountain with views overlooking the Fraser Valley to Mount Baker; immerse yourself in the comforting West Coast atmosphere with a warm welcome from our Food & Beverage team.

Questions about what to expect, what’s included, and how it all works.
Yes. Looking to Spring is designed to be achievable at any experience level. More satisfying than it looks difficult — Galina breaks every step down clearly. Most of our guests have never picked up a brush before, and they leave with something they're genuinely proud of. Worth knowing: Paint Nite events happen at real bars and restaurants, not studios — it's a night out that happens to involve painting.
A painting class teaches you technique. Paint Nite gives you a finished painting and a good night. Galina is a real local artist — not a teacher running a curriculum — and this event happens at Greentree Country Club Westwood Plateau, a real local spot, not a studio. Paint Nite invented this format in 2012 and has sold more than 10 million tickets. The trade-off is honest: lighting varies, it can get loud, and the person at the next easel is a stranger. That's the point. It's more of a night out than a class.
Galina is a real local artist based in Coquitlam — not a franchise employee or a corporate hire. 8 out of 16 guests who've painted with Galina say the instruction was amazing. Gina C. said: 'Super fun and hands on class! Teacher was great and made it easy'
Greentree Country Club Westwood Plateau is a local venue in Coquitlam — a real local spot, not a dedicated painting studio. Paint Nite events happen at places like this by design — venues with character, regulars, and a bar. It can get lively. That's what makes it a night out rather than a class.
Yes — we have 11 upcoming events in Coquitlam this month. You can view them here.
Looking to Spring is a summer painting — bright, warm tones that match the season perfectly.
Yaymaker is Paint Nite. We brought both brands together under the Paint Nite name — same artists, same events, same format we invented in 2012. More than 10 million tickets have been sold across both brands combined. If you used to attend Yaymaker events in Coquitlam, you're in the right place. Welcome back.
Your ticket to Looking to Spring includes the canvas, all the paint you'll need, the use of brushes and an apron during the event, and step-by-step instruction from Galina. Drinks and food are ordered separately from Greentree Country Club Westwood Plateau — you pay the venue directly for anything you eat or drink.
Greentree Country Club Westwood Plateau's doors open at 6:00 AM, the event starts at 6:00 PM. We suggest showing up by 5:30 PM to give yourself time to pick your seats, get a drink and maybe a bite before Galina starts the painting.
You can reschedule your ticket to any other Paint Nite event up to 8 hours before this one starts. Rescheduling more than 48 hours in advance is free; within 48 hours of the start time there's a $20 fee per ticket. You can't reschedule within 8 hours of the start time, but if an emergency comes up, reach out to our customer service team and we'll do our best to help. Event tickets are not refundable, but your reschedule codes never expire, so you can redeem them whenever it suits you. If Paint Nite cancels this event, you'll receive a full automatic refund.
