Picture bare trees catching the first snowfall of the year — the kind of quiet that settles over everything before the world catches up. That's what we're painting tonight, and I love this one because it has so much going on: cool blues and purples fading into the sky, pops of red and yellow still clinging to the leaves, and that soft white pulling it all together. It sounds like a lot, but I'll meet you where you are — we build it up step by step and it comes together in a way that always surprises people. We're doing it at Fox and Fiddle on Danforth, which has this easy, warm pub energy that makes the whole night feel comfortable from the moment you sit down. Come with whoever you want to come with, grab a drink, and by the end of the night you'll have Early Snow II hanging on your wall.
Welcome to the Fox and Fiddle Danforth! We work hard at creating a warm, vibrant atmosphere where good friends can always meet! The British style pub (or public house) has been around for centuries. This makes it the longest running of any eating, drinking and entertainment type establishment in the Western Hemisphere.

Spacious, casual alehouse offering draft beer & hearty pub grub, plus pool tables.

Questions about what to expect, what’s included, and how it all works.
Yes. Early Snow II is designed to be achievable at any experience level. More satisfying than it looks difficult — Karina breaks every step down clearly. Most of our guests have never picked up a brush before, and they leave with something they're genuinely proud of. Worth knowing: Paint Nite events happen at real bars and restaurants, not studios — it's a night out that happens to involve painting.
A painting class teaches you technique. Paint Nite gives you a finished painting and a good night. Karina is a real local artist — not a teacher running a curriculum — and this event happens at Fox and Fiddle - Danforth, a real local spot, not a studio. Paint Nite invented this format in 2012 and has sold more than 10 million tickets. The trade-off is honest: lighting varies, it can get loud, and the person at the next easel is a stranger. That's the point. It's more of a night out than a class.
Karina is a real local artist based in Toronto — not a franchise employee or a corporate hire. 16 out of 19 guests who've painted with Karina say the instruction was amazing. . said: 'Venue was great, instructor was friendly, helpful and very encouraging! The soft music helped with creating a calming atmosphere! I would recommend it to anyone who may be playing with the idea!'
Fox and Fiddle - Danforth is a local venue in Toronto — a real local spot, not a dedicated painting studio. Paint Nite events happen at places like this by design — venues with character, regulars, and a bar. It can get lively. That's what makes it a night out rather than a class.

Early Snow II is a winter painting — cozy seasonal vibes for a great night out.
Yaymaker is Paint Nite. We brought both brands together under the Paint Nite name — same artists, same events, same format we invented in 2012. More than 10 million tickets have been sold across both brands combined. If you used to attend Yaymaker events in Toronto, you're in the right place. Welcome back.
Your ticket to Early Snow II includes the canvas, all the paint you'll need, the use of brushes and an apron during the event, and step-by-step instruction from Karina . Drinks and food are ordered separately from Fox and Fiddle - Danforth — you pay the venue directly for anything you eat or drink.
Fox and Fiddle - Danforth's doors open at 12:00 PM, the event starts at 5:00 PM. We suggest showing up by 4:30 PM to give yourself time to pick your seats, get a drink and maybe a bite before Karina starts the painting.
You can reschedule your ticket to any other Paint Nite event up to 24 hours before this one starts. After that, tickets are locked — no refunds or changes. If Paint Nite cancels this event for any reason, you'll receive a full automatic refund.
