Join us for a fun mosaic-making lamp class with your local artist, Liesl, at the Little Beasts Brewing in Whitby. You will be crafting a real and working lamp created to your liking with your choice of coloured mosaic tiles. The total price of this experience includes all the materials you will need to create this project. You will have plenty of elbow room and space to be able to create your own masterpiece with step-by-step instruction in a 2-hour time frame.
Full food menu and drink services are available and welcome while painting at an additional cost.

Liesl has had a passion for art since she was a young girl. Inspired by The Group of Seven, this young Canadian artist looks to capture her ideal reality in her work. While exploring new techniques and styles - whether it be sketching, painting, charcoal or water colors - Liesl loves both landscapes and the detailed features of people alike. Liesl is excited to share her passion for art with the patrons of Paint Nite in her fun and interactive upcoming events!

Yes. Turkish Style Mosaic Lamp - Traditional Lamp is designed to be achievable at any experience level. More satisfying than it looks difficult — Liesl breaks every step down clearly. Most of our guests have never picked up a brush before, and they leave with something they're genuinely proud of. Worth knowing: Crafts events happen at real bars and restaurants, not studios — it's a night out that happens to involve painting.

Your ticket to Turkish Style Mosaic Lamp - Traditional Lamp includes the canvas, all the paint you'll need, the use of brushes and an apron during the event, and step-by-step instruction from Liesl. Drinks and food are ordered separately from Little Beasts Brewing Company — you pay the venue directly for anything you eat or drink.
Little Beasts Brewing Company's doors open at 2:00 PM, the event starts at 6:30 PM. We suggest showing up by 6:00 PM to give yourself time to pick your seats, get a drink and maybe a bite before Liesl starts the painting.
You can reschedule your ticket to any other Crafts event up to 24 hours before this one starts. After that, tickets are locked — no refunds or changes. If Crafts cancels this event for any reason, you'll receive a full automatic refund.
