Opened in 1990, Homeward Family Shelter is a 35 bed emergency shelter for abused women and their children. Today the agency operates as Julliette’s Place in memory of ex-resident Juliet Reynolds, who was murdered by her estranged husband in 1996. We provide counselling, information and referrals, therapeutic programming, housing and legal assistance, community outreach, and support services.
Julliette's Place endeavours to support all women and their children to live a life free of violence and abuse and help them to build their skills and resilience through educational programs and support services. #healingandhopesince1990
