Question 1

Is Vacation Vibes good for beginners?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Vacation Vibes is designed to be achievable at any experience level. Ghazaleh walks you through every step with clear pacing, and because it's on-demand you can pause whenever you need a moment to catch up. Most of our viewers have never picked up a brush before.

Question 2

What's Ghazaleh like as an instructor?

Accepted Answer

Ghazaleh is one of the Paint Nite artists who teaches on camera for our on-demand library. In Calgary, 51 out of 63 Paint Nite guests rated their instructor as amazing. calista m. said: 'Lots of fun just not a lot of room around you which is okay'

Question 3

Whatever happened to Yaymaker?

Accepted Answer

Yaymaker is Paint Nite. We brought both brands together under the Paint Nite name — same artists, same paintings, same format we invented in 2012. More than 10 million tickets have been sold across both brands combined. If you bought Paint Along videos under the Yaymaker name, you're in the right place.

Question 4

How does Paint Nite On-Demand work?

Accepted Answer

On-Demand is Paint Nite at your own pace. You buy access once, then watch the full step-by-step painting video whenever and wherever you want over six months. Ghazaleh narrates every step, and because it's pre-recorded you can pause, rewind, and re-watch as much as you need.

Question 5

How long do I have access?

Accepted Answer

Six months from the date of purchase. That's enough time to come back, paint a second canvas, share it with a friend, or take your time over several sittings.

Question 6

What supplies do I need?

Accepted Answer

You'll need a 16x20 canvas, acrylic paints (white, black, and the colors used in Vacation Vibes), brushes, an apron, and water for rinsing. Paint Nite home kits are designed to match — they include everything in one box. Home kits are currently sold out while we restock; they'll be back soon.

Question 7

Can I pause and rewind?

Accepted Answer

Yes — pause, rewind, slow down, re-watch. The video plays in your browser like any other on-demand video. Ghazaleh's pace is set for a live class, so most people pause at least a few times to keep up. That's exactly how it's meant to be used.

Question 8

How long is the video?

Accepted Answer

Roughly two hours of step-by-step painting. With pauses and re-watches, most people finish in two-and-a-half to three hours. You don't have to do it in one sitting — your six-month access lets you split it up however you like.

Question 9

What's included with my purchase?

Accepted Answer

Six months of access to the full step-by-step painting video for Vacation Vibes, narrated by Ghazaleh. Supplies are not included — see "What supplies do I need?" above. Paint Nite home kits (when back in stock) include the matching supplies.

Question 10

What's the refund policy?

Accepted Answer

On-demand purchases are non-refundable. Because access is delivered immediately, we're not able to issue refunds the way we can for cancelled in-person events. If something goes wrong with your access or playback, contact support and we'll make it right.
