Join us for a vibrant night of creativity at Native Grill in Mesa with our Luminous Wild Desert paint and sip experience! Guided by local artist Ryan Merrill, you’ll paint a glowing desert scene inspired by the bold colors and wild beauty of Arizona’s nighttime landscape.
No painting experience? No problem! Whether you’re planning a unique date night, catching up with friends, or just looking for fun things to do in Mesa, this event is all about relaxing, sipping, and unleashing your inner artist. All supplies are provided—just bring your sense of fun and a love for the Southwest vibe!

Native Grill & Wings is a beloved wings franchise in the Southwest, especially in the Phoenix area where it started in the late 1970s. Native was the first to bring Buffalo-style wings to the Southwest and have won over generations of customers with great food and a family-friendly sports bar ambiance.
Hosting Paintinite events since 2015, with over 1700 public events! I’ve dabbled in short films, and commercials. Illustrator of 3 published graphic novels and cover artist for a handful of books.
My wife and I have lived and worked in Budapest for 3 years 2009-2012.
