Minestrone is an Italian tradition: lovely veggies, fresh, vibrant, and fragrant combined and slow simmered to create a most delicious blend of taste and texture. Minestrone is just what we need during the colder months, a dish with sustenance, warmth, and heart!
Minestrone demands a bit of your time, from the cutting of the veggies, the prep of the broth, then the stage by stage sauteeing of the veggies first, finally to be settled in a nice broth and then relaxation comes in as the minestrone simmers slowly only needing some stirring from time to time.
It is delicious as is, or you can add Ditalini, Orzo, Barley for added texture and comfort.

Your ticket to Italian Minestrone Soup includes the canvas, all the paint you'll need, the use of brushes and an apron during the event, and step-by-step instruction from Loreto and Nicoletta. Drinks and food are ordered separately from Virtual Venue Edmonton — you pay the venue directly for anything you eat or drink.
Virtual Venue Edmonton's event starts at 3:00 PM. We suggest showing up by 2:30 PM to give yourself time to pick your seats, get a drink and maybe a bite before Loreto and Nicoletta starts the painting.
You can reschedule your ticket to any other Cooking Class event up to 24 hours before this one starts. After that, tickets are locked — no refunds or changes. If Cooking Class cancels this event for any reason, you'll receive a full automatic refund.
