Meet Adam
A little about myself: I’m a singer/actor living in Manhattan. I took a culinary classes in school, on top of my theatre classes. I figured it could be a useful side hustle, or at the very least just help me eat quality food (...and desserts) at a fraction of the cost to dine out in the city. These days, most of my time spent offstage is split between cooking with my fiancée, and hanging out with our rescue pup!
I hope that my classes present you with an opportunity to get creative, try new things, and feed your heart *and* your hunger. All are welcome, whether you are just starting to find your way around a kitchen, or are a seasoned pro looking for a new recipe to experiment with!
