Meet Ashantis
I am a trainer and future therapist based out of Chicago, IL and my primary focus is to teach young adults how to live a healthy and purposeful life TODAY. I approach this education through a Health at Every Size lens and intersectional approach.
Currently I host Zumba classes for all ages with Yaymaker in an effort to connect with many throughout COVID-19. Feel free to follow me on instagram at @iamashantis
