Hello! My name is Elyse (pronouns: she/her, they/them) and I'm SO excited to teach you all things mindfulness. The variety of my workshops range from Tarot to Meditation, to Hula Hooping for Adults and Knitting with Chopsticks. I love making all of my students feel welcomed and respected. Learning something new (or coming back to it) can be intimidating and I'm here to be your cheerleader along the way. I approach my classes in an intimate setting and will add a bit of crystals and flair along the way. This may be a little 'woo' for some people, and if that's you're calling....WELCOME. I hope you share with me your stories, your laughs and moments you want to treasure. Come learn with me!
