My name is Emma! I'm a classically trained opera singer and baker. I hail from a small town in rural Ontario, and have had the opportunity to live in big cities around the world. Experiencing the food and drink (but mostly desserts!) of other cultures is one of my favourite things about travelling. I'll help you tackle basic baking skills, develop a solid technique, and guide you through the final touches of creating delicious treats!

Emma's class was super well thought out. She even had a second camera set up over the bowl so that you could see what she was mixing! My recipe turned out splendidly and as a bonus, Emma taught me about a Spanish composer while we waited for our crust to bake! I had SO much fun.

Emma was the best! She helped me make judgement calls about my dough and how long to cook things that can only be made with lots of experience. This personalized feedback in baking is really important if you want to improve! She had one camera on her face and another on her hands, so following along was easy. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Emma was easy to talk to and a very interesting person! The Tarte Tatin turned out AMAZING! I can't believe I made that! If you've been looking for a way t
