Hello! My name is George, and I am an artist based in Burnaby, BC. I got my start in watercolor painting, but have worked extensively in acrylic, oils, textile art (primarily by way of scenic embroidery) and graphite. My specialties are portraits and landscapes. In between hosting painting events, I sing in a post-punk band, and am working towards an upcoming gallery show.

George was kind, helpful with a great sense of humour. I felt a bit rushed and we were done in hour and half. The venue was very tight and the lighting wasn’t ideal and was difficult to see the shades, especially when doing gradient painting. I would go for paintnite with George again but would pick a different venue.
