Meet Lauren
She worked for many years in the garment district in New York designing children’s clothing and textiles. Then, she got married, gave up the Yankees for the Red Sox and became a loyal Bostonian. After designing apparel she moved into the world of footwear working as a designer for Stride Rite. While here she traveled to shoe factories in Thailand, Taiwan and Korea and got to learn about the production process first hand. She also traveled to Europe and did trend, color & material analysis and forecasting trying to identify the next big thing in fashion.
Her passion is working with color and finding unusual color inspiration in nature, foods, home décor, and everything else imaginable.
