Hi, my name is Rojin. I am a certified personal trainer and a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor. My style of teaching is Vinyasa flow linking our breath to our movement. When hosting virtual yoga classes I make sure the poses are accessible to everyone and provide deepening cues. I emphasize and encourage the use of breath throughout our practice. I hope to see you in class!
