Now I feel its the time to share the joy with everyone. for me dancing is an amazing stress buster activity, The best part about these classes as no material required, All you need is cheerfulness.

    This host is personable and energetic. She took the time to teach us dance moves, not just following along with her the whole time. I had so much fun and burned a lot of calories!
