It didn't get to participate in the event! I received a message from the artist on the 28th claiming it was cancelled due to a lack in ticket sales. She a complimentary ticket or a refund. I was confused when, earlier this afternoon I saw that the event was still open with 1 ticket available. I reached out to her and your customer service department. I was NOT prepared to pay again for a ticket when I already had one but I couldn't access the code to join. Why was that?? I want answers
