Summer in the Clouds

Three hot air balloons float above a soft cloud-filled sky in this cheerful acrylic painting. The dominant balloon features bold red-and-white vertical stripes and occupies the center foreground, while a smaller blue-and-white striped balloon hovers to the left and a purple-and-white striped balloon drifts to the right. The color palette is bright and saturated — vivid reds, cobalt blue, and crisp whites against a hazy azure sky with wispy clouds below. The mood is adventurous and lighthearted, evoking freedom and open skies. The composition is relatively straightforward with moderate detail in the basket and balloon panels, suitable for intermediate painters.
