Wintergreen Gnome

A whimsical Christmas gnome (tomte) stands centered in a snowy landscape, holding a small decorated evergreen tree in one hand. The gnome features an oversized dark forest-green hat with a white pompom, a large rounded pink nose, a flowing white beard that dominates the lower half of the composition, gray mittens, and tiny black boots. The color palette is cool and muted — slate gray background with falling snowflakes, deep greens, and soft blue-white snow tones. The acrylic style uses visible brushstrokes with a charming, folk-art quality; the simplified, rounded forms make this an accessible beginner-friendly subject.
