Try a flight of our made-in-house wines. We use juice kits from grapes all over the world. If you find one you like, you can “craft & cork”. You buy the juice kit from us. We will help you get the wine started, then we ferment it (babysit it) for you. We will rack the wine when it’s done fermenting, then again when it’s cleared. You then come in and bottle your wine. Bring friends. It’s fun and you can sample more wine while bottling!

Questions about what to expect, what’s included, and how it all works.
Yes. Grateful Gnome with Sunflowers is designed to be achievable at any experience level. More satisfying than it looks difficult — Kara breaks every step down clearly. Most of our guests have never picked up a brush before, and they leave with something they're genuinely proud of. Worth knowing: Paint Nite events happen at real bars and restaurants, not studios — it's a night out that happens to involve painting.
A painting class teaches you technique. Paint Nite gives you a finished painting and a good night. Kara is a real local artist — not a teacher running a curriculum — and this event happens at 61° N Winery, a real local spot, not a studio. Paint Nite invented this format in 2012 and has sold more than 10 million tickets. The trade-off is honest: lighting varies, it can get loud, and the person at the next easel is a stranger. That's the point. It's more of a night out than a class.
Yes — Grateful Gnome with Sunflowers is a Paint Nite favourite for girls nights in Anchorage. Everyone paints their own canvas, so there's always something to laugh about at the end. If you're planning a bachelorette party or a larger group, private events of 10+ get reserved seating and a custom experience.
Kara is a real local artist based in Anchorage — not a franchise employee or a corporate hire. In Anchorage, 9 out of 13 Paint Nite guests rated their instructor as amazing. Craig B. said: 'The instructor, Jessica, is very good and an accomplished artist.'
61° N Winery is a local venue in Anchorage — a real local spot, not a dedicated painting studio. Paint Nite events happen at places like this by design — venues with character, regulars, and a bar. It can get lively. That's what makes it a night out rather than a class.
Yes — we have 70 upcoming events in Anchorage this month. You can view them here.
Grateful Gnome with Sunflowers is a summer painting — bright, warm tones that match the season perfectly.
Yaymaker is Paint Nite. We brought both brands together under the Paint Nite name — same artists, same events, same format we invented in 2012. More than 10 million tickets have been sold across both brands combined. If you used to attend Yaymaker events in Anchorage, you're in the right place. Welcome back.
Your ticket to Grateful Gnome with Sunflowers includes the canvas, all the paint you'll need, the use of brushes and an apron during the event, and step-by-step instruction from Kara. Drinks and food are ordered separately from 61° N Winery — you pay the venue directly for anything you eat or drink.
61° N Winery's doors open at 12:00 PM, the event starts at 6:00 PM. We suggest showing up by 5:30 PM to give yourself time to pick your seats, get a drink and maybe a bite before Kara starts the painting.
You can reschedule your ticket to any other Paint Nite event up to 24 hours before this one starts. After that, tickets are locked — no refunds or changes. If Paint Nite cancels this event for any reason, you'll receive a full automatic refund.
