Join Christina's Calm Creations for a romantic, relaxing evening of candle making at Grafted Cellars!
Whether you're celebrating Galentine's Day, planning a date night, enjoying a girls' night out, or treating yourself to some self-love, this workshop is the perfect way to sip, unwind, and create something beautiful!
You'll make TWO personalized 4 oz soy wax candles featuring your favorite colors, fragrances, and adorable handmade wax decorations!

I offer a variety of creative options beyond traditional canvas painting such as wine glasses, wood signs, cutting boards, and tote bags. Yes. Candle Making Workshop: Hearts & Roses is designed to be achievable at any experience level. More satisfying than it looks difficult — Christina breaks every step down clearly. Most of our guests have never picked up a brush before, and they leave with something they're genuinely proud of. Worth knowing: Candle Maker events happen at real bars and restaurants, not studios — it's a night out that happens to involve painting.
Candle Making Workshop: Hearts & Roses is one of our most popular date night paintings in Claremont. You each paint your own canvas — same painting, different results — which always makes for a fun comparison at the end of the night. The mood of the painting is romantic — expect something beautiful to bring home.
Christina is a real local artist based in Claremont — not a franchise employee or a corporate hire. Paint Nite artists complete our certification program before their first event. Your ticket to Candle Making Workshop: Hearts & Roses includes the canvas, all the paint you'll need, the use of brushes and an apron during the event, and step-by-step instruction from Christina. Drinks and food are ordered separately from Grafted Cellars Winery & Restaurant — you pay the venue directly for anything you eat or drink.
Grafted Cellars Winery & Restaurant's doors open at 12:00 PM, the event starts at 7:00 PM. We suggest showing up by 6:30 PM to give yourself time to pick your seats, get a drink and maybe a bite before Christina starts the painting.
You can reschedule your ticket to any other Candle Maker event up to 8 hours before this one starts. Rescheduling more than 48 hours in advance is free; within 48 hours of the start time there's a $20 fee per ticket. You can't reschedule within 8 hours of the start time, but if an emergency comes up, reach out to our customer service team and we'll do our best to help. Event tickets are not refundable, but your reschedule codes never expire, so you can redeem them whenever it suits you. If Candle Maker cancels this event, you'll receive a full automatic refund.
