About the EventJoin Christina’s Calm Creations for a relaxing, hands-on Chunky Blanket Workshop where creativity and coziness come together! Whether you’re a total beginner or a craft enthusiast, you’ll hand-knit your very own soft, chunky throw blanket — no needles required!
With Christina’s step-by-step guidance, you’ll learn how to create your blanket from start to finish using luxurious, thick yarn in warm earth tones such as ivory, khaki, light gray, or light sage green.Each guest will create one full-size throw blanket (approximately 40x60 inches), perfect for gifting or snuggling up this winter.

Yes. Hand-Knit Cozy Chunky Blanket Workshop with Family & Friends is designed to be achievable at any experience level. More satisfying than it looks difficult — Christina breaks every step down clearly. Most of our guests have never picked up a brush before, and they leave with something they're genuinely proud of. Worth knowing: Fabrics/Knitting events happen at real bars and restaurants, not studios — it's a night out that happens to involve painting.
Christina is a real local artist based in San Dimas — not a franchise employee or a corporate hire. Paint Nite artists complete our certification program before their first event. CCC Private Event - 2 is a local venue in San Dimas — a real local spot, not a dedicated painting studio. Fabrics/Knitting events happen at places like this by design — venues with character, regulars, and a bar. It can get lively. That's what makes it a night out rather than a class.

Your ticket to Hand-Knit Cozy Chunky Blanket Workshop with Family & Friends includes the canvas, all the paint you'll need, the use of brushes and an apron during the event, and step-by-step instruction from Christina. Drinks and food are ordered separately from CCC Private Event - 2 — you pay the venue directly for anything you eat or drink.
CCC Private Event - 2's event starts at 6:30 PM. We suggest showing up by 6:00 PM to give yourself time to pick your seats, get a drink and maybe a bite before Christina starts the painting.
You can reschedule your ticket to any other Fabrics/Knitting event up to 24 hours before this one starts. After that, tickets are locked — no refunds or changes. If Fabrics/Knitting cancels this event for any reason, you'll receive a full automatic refund.
