Here's how Design a Sign works:
Everyone chooses their own stencil from our vast library. Make sure to check out all of the collections. Once you've selected your stencil, and added any customization (if available), we custom cut each stencil.
In order to do this ticket sales will close at least 5 days before the event, so be sure to place your order so you don't miss the deadline!
When you arrive at Design a Sign, your custom stencil will be waiting for you to embellish!

Questions about what to expect, what’s included, and how it all works.
Yes. Design a Sign: Love, Love, Love is designed to be achievable at any experience level. More satisfying than it looks difficult — Diane breaks every step down clearly. Most of our guests have never picked up a brush before, and they leave with something they're genuinely proud of. Worth knowing: Design a Sign events happen at real bars and restaurants, not studios — it's a night out that happens to involve painting.
Diane is a real local artist based in St Albans City — not a franchise employee or a corporate hire. Paint Nite artists complete our certification program before their first event. Across all Paint Nite events, 93% of guests say their instructor was amazing. Sharon J. said: 'Step by step instructions were very good. Good music.'
Twiggs An American Gastropub is a local venue in St Albans City — a real local spot, not a dedicated painting studio. Design a Sign events happen at places like this by design — venues with character, regulars, and a bar. It can get lively. That's what makes it a night out rather than a class.
Your ticket to Design a Sign: Love, Love, Love includes the canvas, all the paint you'll need, the use of brushes and an apron during the event, and step-by-step instruction from Diane. Drinks and food are ordered separately from Twiggs An American Gastropub — you pay the venue directly for anything you eat or drink.
Twiggs An American Gastropub's event starts at 7:00 PM. We suggest showing up by 6:30 PM to give yourself time to pick your seats, get a drink and maybe a bite before Diane starts the painting.
You can reschedule your ticket to any other Design a Sign event up to 24 hours before this one starts. After that, tickets are locked — no refunds or changes. If Design a Sign cancels this event for any reason, you'll receive a full automatic refund.
