I'm Thom, and I've been running these nights since 2014, so I know how to keep a room loose and having a good time. We'll have drinks, we'll laugh, and somewhere in the middle of all that you'll find yourself painting a night sky that actually looks like something — deep blues and purples, a moon hanging over mountains, stars reflected in still water, clouds drifting through the whole scene. It's a moody, beautiful painting, and the moment it starts coming together on your canvas is genuinely one of those small surprises. We run high energy events. We have a ton of fun, and will consume an adult beverage or two. We started doing paint nite events in 2014, it's been one heck of a ride. Thom is on the cutting edge with some of the new virtual events with Craft Cocktails and Interacttive game nights. We like to have fun, but we are dedicated to making sure every guest is included and has the best possible experience. Yes. Moonlit Majesty is designed to be achievable at any experience level. More satisfying than it looks difficult — Thom breaks every step down clearly. Most of our guests have never picked up a brush before, and they leave with something they're genuinely proud of. Worth knowing: Paint Nite events happen at real bars and restaurants, not studios — it's a night out that happens to involve painting.
A painting class teaches you technique. Paint Nite gives you a finished painting and a good night. Thom is a real local artist — not a teacher running a curriculum — and this event happens at Best Western Premier at Fisher's Landing , a real local spot, not a studio. Your ticket to Moonlit Majesty includes the canvas, all the paint you'll need, the use of brushes and an apron during the event, and step-by-step instruction from Thom. Drinks and food are ordered separately from Best Western Premier at Fisher's Landing — you pay the venue directly for anything you eat or drink.
Best Western Premier at Fisher's Landing 's event starts at 6:00 PM. We suggest showing up by 5:30 PM to give yourself time to pick your seats, get a drink and maybe a bite before Thom starts the painting.
You can reschedule your ticket to any other Paint Nite event up to 24 hours before this one starts. After that, tickets are locked — no refunds or changes. If Paint Nite cancels this event for any reason, you'll receive a full automatic refund.
