Each area offers a different selection of creative ideas for you to choose from. 90% of our events are Paint Nites, so you will likely see these. But it all depends on the hosts in your area.

You may have ukulele events, flower workshops, mosaics, resin crafts and more. The way to find out is right here, on your local calendar.

All our creative experiences, including Paint Nite, are typically between one to two hours. This includes checking in, the event itself, and a couple of breaks to stretch your legs or grab another drink.

Socializing is a huge part of the night, so don’t be afraid to come early or stay later and enjoy some time with your party.

As long as there are spaces left, you can book any time—even on the date itself. You can see on the event page whether it is sold out or has limited places.

We also have special pre-sale tickets with 50% off select events booked six-plus weeks out.

Food and beverages are not included with your ticket. One of the things most important to us is supporting the local venues where we host our events, so we want to give them all the business we can.

Our partners have many options for you to eat and drink, so we encourage you to treat yourself to a soda, cocktail, bottle of wine or a delicious dinner! The party will have its own server, so you won’t have to leave your seat.

There are alternative options if there are no activities to do near you:
1. Expand your distance in the filters.
2. Paint online at our live virtual events (with the same friendly hosts giving step-by-step instructions).
3. Try our pre-recorded on-demand events, which allow you to pause and rewind.

As much as we’d love to have everyone join us, each venue has a maximum allowable number. When we reach that number, the event is sold out, and we can’t add extra tickets.

However, if someone cancels, our website is automatically updated, so there is a possibility you can snap up that space if you see it become available.

Each event has an age group: legal drinking age, teens and up or kids and up. You can also filter your search for activities near you using these groups.

Legal drinking age events (the majority of our calendar) are for ages 21+ in the U.S., 18 or 19 in Canada (depending on your province), or the legal drinking age in your area.

We have these age limits as many of our events are held in local bars, and there may be adult language and humor.

Our events for children and teens are an excellent way for families to spend time together. Just be sure to have one participating adult for every three guests under 18, and everyone has their own ticket.

Seeing the difference in everyone’s final project across all the age groups is the best part!

A wide range of people come to enjoy our creative events. People who want to get out of the house, couples looking for date night ideas, friends on a girls’ night, families, groups looking for new ideas to try on the weekend and individuals on self-care nights. Most aren’t coming to learn how to paint but to have a laugh.

If you’re looking for unique and fun things to do near you, this is the place.

Most people who try our events are first-timers simply looking for cool stuff near them—not painting classes. You do not need any painting or crafting experience to join in or have fun on a night out with us.

Begin by searching your local calendar for sip and paint parties near you or picking one of our other experience types. Once you’ve landed on an event idea, follow the checkout process and enter the unique code from your pass email, where it says, “Have a Promo code, Voucher or Gift card?”

We will email you a coupon for the remaining balance if you use only part of the pass value.

Paint Nite is where you want to be if you’re looking for craft nights near you—it is home to all of our public events.

Yaymaker, on the other hand, is for all our private events, for example, corporate events, bachelorette parties and celebrations. You’ll also find exclusive vendors offering more experiences at Yaymaker, including wine tasting and games.

Be sure to pay them a visit!

The average ticket price to one of our hit in-person events is around $35 (USD), but it is the host’s decision. Some may be higher if materials are more costly, and others may be less.

You only need to bring yourself for all our wine and craft nights. Supplies are included in the price of your ticket, from the paint and canvas to the various brushes.

Sure thing! You can come to an event to spend time with your friends while they work their creative magic. We just ask that anyone without a ticket sit at the bar or a table outside the event area while instruction is going on.

There will be a 10–15 minute break during the event. This is a great time to socialize with everyone and check out all the artwork!

Free events are rare, and if we are to do them, they are usually streamed online rather than in person. Typically, we’ll host these events to support a charity or an important cause, so we recommend sending them a donation instead of a ticket.
