Looking for a fun and creative Paint Night in Cambridge?
Join us for a relaxed guided painting class at St. Louis Bar & Grill, located at 95 Saginaw Parkway, Cambridge!
Our Paint Nights take place bi-weekly on Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. and are perfect for adults, couples, friends, and families looking to unwind, get creative, and enjoy an evening out together. Kids and teens who love art are welcome too!
During this approximately 2-hour step-by-step painting class, our artist will guide you through creating a beautiful painting from start to finish. Whether you’ve never picked up a paintbrush or paint regularly, no experience is necessary - our classes are designed for beginners and experienced painters alike.
Your ticket includes everything you need:
Canvas
Paints
Brushes
All painting supplies
A comfortable workspace
Just bring yourself and wear clothing you don’t mind getting a little paint on!
While you paint, you’re welcome to enjoy food and drinks available for purchase from St. Louis Bar & Grill.
We recommend arriving early, especially if you’d like to grab a bite before painting. Arriving around 6:30 p.m. gives you time to check in, find your spot, get settled, and order something to eat or drink before our 7:00 p.m. start. You’re also welcome to enjoy drinks, appetizers, and snacks throughout the painting session!
Whether you call it a Paint Night, paint and sip, paint-along, painting workshop, or guided painting class, it’s a wonderful date night, friends’ outing, family activity, or creative mid-week experience for anyone in Cambridge and surrounding communities.
Children and teens are welcome, provided they can follow step-by-step instructions and comfortably participate in a class lasting approximately 1.5–2 hours. The painting is not specifically designed for children, but if you feel your child can comfortably follow along, they’re welcome to join.
Each child or teen must be accompanied by a participating/painting adult. This is not a drop-off event, and we do not provide childcare or supervision for children.
We can’t wait to paint with you!

Leah enjoys painting wildlife and pet portraits. She was born on the West Coast, went to school on the East Coast, and is proud to call Southern Ontario her home. At paint night events, she loves encouraging the participants to have a great time with their loved ones while trying something new. Art is for everyone because it brings people together.
Questions about what to expect, what’s included, and how it all works.
Still Water’s Edge is one of our more detailed paintings, which is exactly what makes it so satisfying to finish. Leah paces it carefully so nobody gets left behind — and Leah will help you turn any mistake into something intentional. Worth knowing: Paint Nite events happen at real bars and restaurants, not studios — it's a night out that happens to involve painting.
A painting class teaches you technique. Paint Nite gives you a finished painting and a good night. Leah is a real local artist — not a teacher running a curriculum — and this event happens at St. Louis Bar & Grill, a real local spot, not a studio. Paint Nite invented this format in 2012 and has sold more than 10 million tickets. The trade-off is honest: lighting varies, it can get loud, and the person at the next easel is a stranger. That's the point. It's more of a night out than a class.
Leah is a real local artist based in Cambridge — not a franchise employee or a corporate hire. Paint Nite artists complete our certification program before their first event. Across all Paint Nite events, 93% of guests say their instructor was amazing.
St. Louis Bar & Grill is a local venue in Cambridge — a real local spot, not a dedicated painting studio. Paint Nite events happen at places like this by design — venues with character, regulars, and a bar. It can get lively. That's what makes it a night out rather than a class.
Yes — we have 6 upcoming events in Cambridge this month. You can view them here.
Still Water’s Edge is a winter painting — cozy seasonal vibes for a great night out.
Yaymaker is Paint Nite. We brought both brands together under the Paint Nite name — same artists, same events, same format we invented in 2012. More than 10 million tickets have been sold across both brands combined. If you used to attend Yaymaker events in Cambridge, you're in the right place. Welcome back.
Your ticket to Still Water’s Edge includes the canvas, all the paint you'll need, the use of brushes and an apron during the event, and step-by-step instruction from Leah. Drinks and food are ordered separately from St. Louis Bar & Grill — you pay the venue directly for anything you eat or drink.
St. Louis Bar & Grill's event starts at 7:00 PM. We suggest showing up by 6:30 PM to give yourself time to pick your seats, get a drink and maybe a bite before Leah starts the painting.
You can reschedule your ticket to any other Paint Nite event up to 24 hours before this one starts. After that, tickets are locked — no refunds or changes. If Paint Nite cancels this event for any reason, you'll receive a full automatic refund.
