The atmosphere is very good patio is also good large area and big screen. I was ordered fried boneless chicken and burger. The fried chicken quite hard and chewy. Service is ok but it less serves I have to wait 10-15 minutes for a bill. I understand it not servers fault. Management didn’t put enough staff to service customer. I’ll come back and update
Hands down the greatest St. Louis in Toronto. I’ve been here prob over 200 times, the service is always top tier, the staff are always super friendly and I’ve never had a bad experience. I’m here almost every Tuesday for their half price wings and they are always fire! I couldn’t recommend this place more, especially in the summer the patio doesn’t miss!
Everything start very well our server very attentive and friendly, after that I feel that they forgot about us. He was on the bar as a bar tender and was literally 40 min without even receiving our starters. We ordered before 9:00 and was 9:40 and still nothing. I take a screen shot of my phone. I wave to him at the bar to see if he could remember us as we see another two guys before us reciving the food and drinks and refilling before us for twice. They forgot about the guacamole we ordered, as they don’t even write nothing. Then they confused the order and don’t bring to my daughter the correct order. My food honestly was dry and burn sausage, even the appetizers was better, they come with the table next to us don’t even bother to turn back and asked if we are ok. And we want to ordered something else. Wendy to wave again to the guys at the bar to be seen. This is the first and last I coming here very bad service sorry to say but it feels like 👎
