About two hours — plenty of time to paint, laugh, and celebrate without losing the whole day.
Joining a night means bringing your group (2–7) to a painting night that’s already scheduled near you — easiest and most affordable, shared with a few other guests. Taking over a night (8–15) means claiming a whole scheduled event so it’s just your people, with your pick of painting. Fully private (16+) is the custom route: your date, your place, your artist. The group-size picker up top points you to the right one.
You work with experienced event planners — we’re talking 10+ years — who match your event to the right artist from our wider network. We keep it easy with flexible payment options including credit card and EFT/ACH, and we provide full invoicing and documentation for your records. Booking a local artist directly gives you a fun, personal vibe, but they’re limited to their own availability and have fewer options for payment processing and admin support. Our Private Events team handles the details whatever the size of your group.
Either. For join and take-over, you head to a great bar or restaurant near you. For fully private, your planner can set you up at a venue or bring the whole thing to your place — home, backyard, wherever. All we need is a little table space (about 2–3 sq ft per guest).

Deposits are non-refundable, but they’re transferable as a credit toward a future event — so if plans change, what you’ve paid isn’t lost.
You hold the block of seats, then get one link to send your crew. Everyone clicks and pays for their own seat at your group rate — no fronting the whole cost, no chasing anyone for Venmos.
It depends on which way you do it and your group size. Pricing starts around $40 per person, and your planner will put together a quote based on what you’re after — the group-size picker up top is the quickest way to see which option fits.
