Pick up a drink from one of the 45 taps at The Brass Tap and settle in, because this one's going to be a good night. I'm Donna, and I've been doing this for over twelve years — so whatever your comfort level with a paintbrush, I've got you. We're painting Grinchmas Cheer, this bold, playful piece full of deep greens, rich reds, and gold stars that somehow manages to feel warm and a little mischievous at the same time. The colors do a lot of the work, and I'll walk alongside you the whole way. The room tends to get loud and fun pretty fast, and that's exactly how I like it.\
Price does not include food and beverages, however you may purchase these through the venue for an additional cost. The Brass Tap has weekday specials, from 3-6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.-close. Come early for the specials, or stay late.
All participants receive 16" x 20" canvas, 5 primary paint colors, 3 brushes (small for fine details, medium and large for more coverage) and all other painting supplies. Some participants come to just use our space, bring their own supplies, and do their own thing. Just let us know your intentions and we will do our best to accommodate the requests.

I'm your hostess for this event! I have over 12 years of experience with paint nite events. I can lead you through paintings, design-a-sign, candlemaker, plant nite, ukulele, ceramics, and any other craft or hobby that helps you relax and enjoy the atmosphere. We allow you to choose your own colors, improvise, take-away, or just sit back and play around with no judgement. We also have a great sense of humor, so if you need a laugh we are here for you. Yes. Grinchmas Cheer is designed to be achievable at any experience level. More satisfying than it looks difficult — Donna breaks every step down clearly. Most of our guests have never picked up a brush before, and they leave with something they're genuinely proud of. Worth knowing: Paint Nite events happen at real bars and restaurants, not studios — it's a night out that happens to involve painting.
A painting class teaches you technique. Paint Nite gives you a finished painting and a good night. Donna is a real local artist — not a teacher running a curriculum — and this event happens at The Brass Tap, a real local spot, not a studio. Paint Nite invented this format in 2012 and has sold more than 10 million tickets. The trade-off is honest: lighting varies, it can get loud, and the person at the next easel is a stranger. That's the point. It's more of a night out than a class.

Your ticket to Grinchmas Cheer includes the canvas, all the paint you'll need, the use of brushes and an apron during the event, and step-by-step instruction from Donna. Drinks and food are ordered separately from The Brass Tap — you pay the venue directly for anything you eat or drink.
The Brass Tap's doors open at 11:00 AM, the event starts at 6:30 PM. We suggest showing up by 6:00 PM to give yourself time to pick your seats, get a drink and maybe a bite before Donna starts the painting.
You can reschedule your ticket to any other Paint Nite event up to 24 hours before this one starts. After that, tickets are locked — no refunds or changes. If Paint Nite cancels this event for any reason, you'll receive a full automatic refund.
