How much does a Paint Nite cost in Sagaponack?

Most in-person Sagaponack events include your easel, canvas, paints, brushes, an apron and your artist for the night. Food and drinks are purchased separately at the venue. Virtual and on-demand classes are priced lower since they're location-independent. Check any event below for its exact price.

Where are Paint Nite events held in Sagaponack?

We host inside local bars and restaurants right across Sagaponack and the surrounding New York area. See the venues and map below — nearly every spot is easy to reach by transit or has nearby parking.

Do I need to be good at painting?

Not even a little. The whole point is that anyone can do it. Your artist breaks the painting into simple, guided steps and walks the room the entire time. Most first-timers are genuinely surprised by what they take home.

Is Paint Nite a good date night in Sagaponack?

It's one of the most-booked date nights in the city. You get a drink, a relaxed room, something to actually do together, and a keepsake from the evening.

Can I book a private party or corporate event?

Yes. We run private Paint Nites for birthdays, bachelorettes, team socials and corporate events around Sagaponack — at a venue or at your office. You get the whole room, your own artist, and a custom painting option.

How do I book tickets?

Find an event by date, venue or artist on this page, hit "Grab a Seat," and check out online in under a minute. You'll get an email confirmation with the venue address and everything you need to bring (which is basically nothing).

Are there virtual and at-home options?

Yes. Live virtual Paint Nites are streamed by a real artist so you can paint from home with a kit, and on-demand classes let you paint anytime at your own pace. Both are location-independent — perfect for a quieter night in.

How is this different from Yaymaker?

Paint Nite is the original. Same energy, same local artists, same take-home canvas — now under PaintNite.com. If you painted with us under another name in the past, you're in the right place.

What Sagaponack Guests Are Saying

Well paced - artist checked with class every time before advancing. Artist, also, showed us each outline stroke using white on a separate black canvas and talked about how she was holding her brush to get a specific affect so we knew what shapes to make and how to approach the canvas.

This was a fun relaxed event! Great to do with as a date with a spouse or girl friend as a girls night! Instuctor was sweet and went at a good pace throughout the class. She also was aware of people's tendencies to get worried about feeling behind and she calmly addressed that and was reassuring. She was excellent!

Steven was just a calm, professional and fun host. He made the large group of us feel comfortable to make a mistake and be proud of the work of art that we had created. Highly Highly recommend Steven. We had a blast learning about how to take care of our flowers. I give it a green thumbs up.
