We came in with a party of 9 and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience from start to finish.
The drinks were the first issue. We ordered three 21 oz Pineapple Ninja Wheat Ales, and all three tasted extremely watered down. Someone in our group also ordered a rye and ginger, while another ordered a ginger ale, and both of those drinks also tasted watered down. One person ordered a Peach Bellini, but instead of letting us know they were out of peach puree and asking if we'd like a substitute, the server simply made it with orange juice and served it without saying anything.
The condition of the restaurant also wasn't great. The menus were sticky, worn out, and visibly tattered, which wasn't a good first impression.
The food was just as disappointing. We waited nearly an hour for our meals, and when they finally arrived, the quality didn't match the wait. My Ultimate Bacon Cheeseburger came with only two small, dry half-strips of bacon. My friend's chicken tenders were so small they looked more like chicken nuggets than tenders. Another friend's order was made incorrectly, and after sending it back, they had to wait another 25 minutes for the replacement while the rest of us had already started eating. Another friend ordered a Caesar wrap, which came with a very small portion of fries.
To make matters worse, the restaurant was completely out of lobster for all of the lobster specials they were advertising. It was frustrating to find out after ordering that multiple featured menu items weren't available.
I do want to give credit where it's due. After I sent my drink back, our server removed it from the bill, and they also removed my friend's pasta after it had to be remade. We appreciated those gestures, but unfortunately they didn't make up for the overall experience.
Overall, the combination of watered-down drinks, poor communication, long wait times, incorrect orders, disappointing food quality, and unavailable menu items made for a very poor dining experience. We left feeling let down, especially for a meal with a group this large. Based on this experience, we wouldn't return or recommend this location.

My initial reaction, I was stunned, it was exceptionally clean and well kept! My significant other and I were greeted and seated in a quick manner. Our server, John, was great as well. He kept up with my high demand of diet pepsi with limes. The food itself was delicious and came out with reasonable speed as well. Will be coming back for a nice lil bite to eat. Thanks guys! Also, the manager is a nice guy too!

Greated and seated quickly by our server, Alisha. She acknowledged a limitation, we had, and seated us close to the front and without hesitation. She was warm, inviting and pleasant and we sampled our selection of wine and ordered apps and mains.They arrived quickly hot. The building eating area was very clean and so were the rest rooms and the parking lot was plowed from the winter blast, the area saw just days prior.
A pleasant experience. The music a little loud for my tastes but not excessive, by any means. Alisha and her co workers did everything they could to allow us to experience a nice dinner and evening.
We had the BBQ club and Fish and chips (because we had ordered the prerequisite 2 mains) respectively with a gratis spinach dip and warm, soft, golden naan triangles.Thank you.
Highly recommend and much appreciated.
