Felt compelled to leave a review. On a dead weeknight, we were one of three occupied tables in the dining area. The bartender directed us to the back. We sat down at 7:40pm and a dishevelled server brought us menus just before 8pm as we were about to leave. Server asked if we wanted drinks. Ordered one beer and one soda, those took a little less than 15 minutes to arrive. Beer was nice, cold and crisp. Then we ordered food and it was almost smooth sailing from there. The new dill pickle burger was really good, fish and chips also good. Quite stingy on the string fries with about 10 per plate. That was disappointing…Burger included three onion rings on the side, the absolute worst I have had in my entire life. Worked in many restaurants, this place was not busy, could tell the Cook doesn’t check the frier while it’s cooking. Onion rings were clumped/stuck together in a big chunk of deep fried batter. They still served it. Had to pull them apart and revealed the uncooked batter inside, soggy and fell apart when I picked it up. Could not finish it. Should also mention, menus are dirty, tables are sticky, lots of TVs, everything one might love in a pub.

Absolutely fantastic spot! The Guinness was poured perfectly and the butter chicken was incredible too, packed with flavour and seriously comforting. Huge shoutout to Luna behind the bar who made the whole experience even better with amazing service and such a great attitude. Everyone that works here is friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back!
