Café Blanca serves unique styles of coffee using direct-trade beans that have been carefully sourced and locally roasted. Its signature coffee uses a special technique called siphon, creating an unparalleled clean and crisp cup of coffee. Most of Café Blanca’s food offering is made daily in-house, using fresh and whole ingredients. Café Blanca offers a separate catering menu for companies located around the downtown core. In addition to Café Blanca’s coffee and food offering, the establishment strives to provide a creative and welcoming space where minds are free to be inspired. 

Fun Fact: Café Blanca is out-fitted with a piano and its staff encourages its patrons to start an impromptu solo or group jam session.  The space is also designed to hold live music events, featuring a dual-purpose area that function as a bed of cushions by day and can be transformed to a performance stage by night.
