had such an amazing experience at Boston Pizza and I really wanted to recognize the incredible service we received. Gouri was absolutely amazing as our server — so kind, patient, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. She made sure we were comfortable the entire time, checked on us often, and had such a positive attitude that made our visit even more enjoyable. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only professional but also so friendly and caring toward customers. I also want to give a huge thank you to Udit, who is an amazing manager. You can really tell he cares about both the customers and the staff. The restaurant had such a warm and organized atmosphere, and everything ran smoothly because of his leadership. He was professional, approachable, and made sure everyone was having a great experience. The food was delicious, the service was outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was perfect. Experiences like this are the reason people come back. Huge thank you again to Gouri and Udit for making our visit so memorable. I would definitely recommend this Boston Pizza location to anyone looking for amazing food and even better customer service!

I recently stopped by Boston Pizza to try their $15.99 lunch special and had a really enjoyable experience. I ordered the burger combo, which came with fries and a drink—everything was fresh, tasty, and satisfying. What really stood out, though, was the service. Mukesh made the visit memorable with his outstanding attitude. He was friendly, comical, and easy to connect with, which added a personal touch to the whole experience. Great food paired with excellent service made this a lunch I’d happily come back for!
