We enjoyed our visit. Our server Michelle was excellent; kind and attentive, and a great memory for what we liked throughout the meal.
The food was okay, good I suppose. Nothing super special though. Our son Loved the kids platter he got mozzarella sticks pasta and chicken strips all in one!
I got the carbonera and would never do thay again, it was not carbonera, no egg, clearly just Alfredo and bacon. My wife enjoyed her cheesy pasta quite a bit. The caesar salad and bread sticks are always a hit. The itialian wedding soup was okay, but light on the meatballs and a touch bland.
Seems like an older location, not kept up very well inside, booths peeling apart the varnish on the tables so worn down its all sticky, could really use an interior remodel.
But overall we would go back for the service and the fun options for our son. He's a member of the eastside mario club so he has a card that gets him a free meal or cool drink and it makes him feel special. So its a nice treat night out for him!

I recently visited the East Side Mario’s in Mississauga to celebrate my Birthday with family, and it was an all-around 5-star experience. From the moment we sat down, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming—the hanging Vespa decor adds such a fun, authentic touch to the Italian-American vibe.
The Food
The meal was delicious and exactly what you want from East Side’s. We started with a flatbread that was perfectly crisp and loaded with fresh toppings. For the main course, the Chicken Parmigiana was a standout—perfectly breaded with a rich tomato sauce and a generous side of pasta. We also tried a creamy mushroom linguine that was packed with flavor.
We couldn't leave without dessert, and the Oreo cheesecake was the perfect finishing touch—rich, creamy, and indulgent.
The Service
What really made the lunch special was our server, Xavier. He was attentive, friendly, and moved with a sense of urgency without making us feel rushed. He made sure everything came out hot and fresh. It’s rare to find such high-quality service, and he truly went above and beyond.
Bottom Line: Great food, a cool ambiance, and top-tier service. If you’re in Mississauga and looking for a solid meal, ask for Xavier! I’ll definitely be back soon.

We had such a wonderful experience at the Heartland East Side Mario’s, and Jada truly made our visit exceptional! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel so welcome. She was attentive, friendly, and always one step ahead—making sure our drinks were topped up, our endless bread and salad kept coming, and that we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed.
Jada has a genuine, positive energy that turns a regular dinner into a memorable experience. She was knowledgeable about the menu, checked in at all the right times, and made us feel like valued guests. Great service is hard to find, and Jada absolutely went above and beyond.
