First it's pretty far BUT it's completely worth the trip. As a former owner of a coffee roasting company, my favourite roasting method that brings out the hrst in a bean is fluid bed roasting. BBCR has a large fluid bed roaster and tjeir roastmaster has the process dialed in. The beans are full flavoured and the origin profile of each bean is reafily apparent in the taste of the cup, no matter your brewing method. I'm a pour-over aficionado and I prefer a sweet medium roast bean. BBCRs Brazil bean 8s the one for me, although most of their Central and South American offerings are spot on as well. You can trally tell when a roastmaster knows how dar to push a bean to ectract its best flavour and BBCR has that aspect nailed. Get yourself some beans from there. You won't regret it.

I had a very disappointing and confusing experience at this cafe today.
While every other customer-both before and after our visit
—was served hot drinks in proper mugs with handles, my party was the only one given hot coffee and lattes in thin, handle-less glasses (like water glasses).
The staff even warned us to be careful because the drinks were hot, yet they specifically chose to serve them in glasses with no handles, which made it nearly impossible to hold. I closely observed other tables, and not a single customer after us received their drink in the same glass we were given.
Since the shop clearly had enough mugs for everyone else, I cannot understand why we were singled out with such inconsistent service. Providing safe and standard glassware to all customers should be a basic standard.
I urge the management to look into this inconsistent treatment. I also sincerely hope the staff member reflects on what biased thoughts led to this kind of service and takes steps to correct it.

This was a great little discovery! It’s pretty much in the middle of nowhere but a buddy of mine introduced to it. Nice little cafe with great coffee. And it’s a nice place to sit and enjoy your brew. 👍😎
