El Coqui Puerto Rican Cuisine has been voted Sonoma County's "Best Latin" restaurant consistently since it opened in 2009 and has been Santa Rosa Down Town hot spot for years.   They are known for the Tropical Style of Caribbean food and House Made Sangrias.  Recently they have expanded with a new private party room perfect for family celebrations, graduation parties, holiday parties and now Paint N Sip Parties.
