Chinese Japanese food itself has a long history, and Chinese Japanese style of cooking has developed along with it. Contemporary Chinese, Japanese and Zwus chefs incorporate foreign ingredients and flavors, featuring an interesting mix of regional styles and they’re special. Our Seafood and rice dishes will make you feel the taste from port areas of Shanghai, birthplace of Shanghai cuisine by its bold flavors and spiciness. Japanese-Chinese fusion dishes, are based on authentic Chinese cuisine, are created with more innovation by our chefs. We at Zwus Asian Cuisine we have recipes purely Japanese, purely Chinese, also a range of delicious and unique blend of both.

David Daykin, Yaymaker's most experienced host, was born and raised in Somerville, Massachusetts. He comes from a Welder/Mechanic/DJ background and is considered one of the more "energetic" hosts at Yaymaker, running all types of events from the original Paint Nite, to Mosaics, Create-a-Ukulele, Plant Nite, Trivia, Game Night and More! He likes to joke and have fun, but also is dedicated to making sure every guest is included and has the best possible experience!
