I had a great stay overall and would definitely come back.
The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and the gym was one of the best hotel gyms I’ve used. Everything was well maintained, and the overall experience was excellent.
The only downside was the room door. It lets through an unusual amount of noise. Several times I genuinely thought someone was opening my door, when it was actually a different room nearby. Even people walking down the hallway sounded like they were right inside the room. The large gap around the door seems to provide very little sound insulation.
Despite that, I still give this hotel 5 stars because everything else was outstanding. I just hope the door insulation can be improved in the future.

I stayed on the 6th floor in Room 660 for 3 nights from June 8th to June 11th. The room was super clean, super comfortable and very well furnished. The views of the mountains from my room were stunning. The fitness center is very well equipped with state-of-the-art fitness equipment and the swimming pool is absolutely gorgeous. The front desk staff members were all very friendly, polite, respectful and courteous. I was highly impressed by the outstanding level of customer service provided by TONY, TATIANA, KHLOÉ, CHELY & STEPHANIE. These team members at the hotel went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure my stay was amazing. I look forward to returning back to this hotel in the near future and I will be highly recommending this hotel to all my family members, friends and all my colleagues at work due to the outstanding level of customer service provided by the team at this beautiful hotel in Union City.

Not bad compared to similar hotels in this price range in the area. Rooms and restroom are for the most part clean. Parking is free which is big got the area, and the security at night is keep roaming in the parking lot. I parked few times and had no issues. No microwave in the room, you have to go to the the lobby. Only fridge. Room cleaning is done daily although lot of times they knock on your door very early in the morning waking you up from the sleep. Lot of times early in the morning someone is trying to open the door without knocking, I’m not sure if it’s room service or someone else, raised this issue at the front desk. Bus stop and 7/11 are near but. 10mins to Union city BART through bus. Didn’t have any issues with noise from neighbors got the few weeks I stayed there. Laundry wasn’t working the whole time, so that’s inconvenience. They don’t even provide water in the lobby, you accident just get room for the money. But the price is very reasonable, so I wouldn’t mind staying there if I have to be in that area again
