Paint, Sip & More at Mothers Tacos, VENTURA

Inspired by all mothers and one dreamy trip to Mexico City, Mothers Tacos was born out of our love of food (and tacos).

Through crispy slices of juicy meat over a handmade tortilla, topped with a slice of pineapple, diced onions, fresh cilantro, and spicy salsa, we immediately fell in love with the city’s taqueria culture. As of that moment, there was no turning back. That smiling mother who served us food that day, with her baby snug on her back, balling masa while telling her toddler to stay close to the stand, had put into our hands the perfect “taco al pastor”, becoming the spark for our project.

Founded by Benedict Koenig and Charles Whittaker, Mothers Tacos serves authentic Mexico City tacos, made with “amor de madre”, in a typical Mexican market taquería setting. Mothers is excited to be hosting Paint and Sip events with Paint Nite, the perfect pairing  for a great date night, girls night out or special occasion in Ventura CA!
