What Guests Are Saying
We came to eat dinner on a Thursday evening at 7:30. The place wasn't busy at all. A buss boy walked by our table a waitress walked up to the table next to us without acknowledging our presence. We saw each other, but apparently no one could. No words spoken, no glancing faces from the bar inside. Like we didnt exist. We choose to sit outside, like the friendly sign directed us to. 5 minutes, nothing, 10 minutes nothing! The view outside was beautiful, the evening also beautiful, my meaningful conversation with the hubby also pleasing .. but being ignored by any and all staff member? Inexcusable. We decided to leave and give some other restaurant our business. Go if you go, we suggest ordering a drink from the bar and socialize. Don't expect acknowledgement.
