We stayed at this hotel a year ago and had a great experience, so it felt like an easy decision to stay again this summer. Wrong! Zero customer service. We arrived early and requested early checkin. We were told to check back in a little while. So we went off for lunch and returned, told probably closer to 2. We returned at 2 and were told 3pm. If you are not going to allow any one to check I until 3, Just be honest. Instead we wasted half a day coming and going. We had booked for one night and then the week of added a second night. But we couldn’t modify our reservation so it was 2 separate bookings. My husband called ahead of time to make sure they recognized this. When we checked in we again asked if there was anything we would need to do since it appeared as 2 separate check ins. They said no they would make a note. The next day I left my room and upon returning after 11am my keycard would no longer work. Went down to the lobby and was informed that we had needed To get new keys. When I explained we had discussed this at check in, we were assured this was not necessary, they just reiterated like it was my fault. They then asked for my id which was locked in my room. So I had to call my husband back to the hotel to show his ID. Our second night we asked for a late check out. They told us to check in the morning. In the morning we asked again and then were told due to a full hotel they couldn’t accommodate our request. Again let us know the first time we asked if you aren’t going to make any real considerations. Don’t lead your guest on just to say no at a later time. We have been Marriott bonvoy members for 10 years we have never been denied early check in or late check out at a Marriott in all the nights we’ve stayed. Disappointing. Also the mattresses are uncomfortable, the ice machine kept us up with its noise. I forgot my toothbrush and gave me the cheapest toothbrush I’ve ever seen (the handle was like a plastic spoon with bristles) and a packet (think a ketchup pack at McDonald’s) of toothpaste. For over $600 a night I expect more at every turn. Disappointing to say the least.

I recently stayed here with my two sons (3 and 5), and my best friend with his 3 year old. We brought them to their first sox game, as a birthday/fathers day trip. I was able to connect with Anastasia, the front office supervisor, and explained the dynamic of two dads traveling with 3 kids.... And lets just say, she was a superhero. She made everything incredibly smooth, and easy, with special attention to our oversight on how hard it was for us to manage 3 toddler boys. Again... She is a superhero. And this is far and away the best experience I've ever had at any hotel ever, anywhere.

We had a fun, week long stay in the 2 bedroom unit. All of the staff were friendly and no scratches on my new car- great valet! Parking is expensive but the in and out privileges are worth the cost. There are several restaurants, a supermarket, and a target close by, as well as easy access to the subway. The biggest negative was the breakfast. The food was bad and the chicken nuggets are an odd breakfast item. We wished there was a larger couch or an extra chair in the 2 bedroom unit. There's not enough seating. Also, more kitchen utensils are needed.
