Rise and Shine is family owned and operated.  We are open seven days/week for breakfast and lunch.  Our menu features a rainbow of fresh juices and creamy yogurt parfaits.  We serve LAVAZZA coffee, cappuccinos, and lattes.  Our omelettes are award-winning, voted best of Las Vegas in 2023 by Review Journal readers.  On the sweeter side, we serve a variety of French Toasts, Pancakes, and Waffles hot off the griddle.  We are a steak and egg place, after all!  We serve mouth-watering New York steaks, bone-in ham steaks, event crispy fired chicken.  Our two-fisted Bagel Egg Sandwiches make for a hearty meal.  For lunch, dive into one of our Chilaquiles combos, or our Burritos - Ole!  The Steak Burgers are sure to please.  Don't worry, we have fresh, crisp, Garden Salads for those keeping it on the lighter side.  Whatever you do, don't forget our signature item, our Cup O' Bread, a sinful marriage between a fluffy buttermilk biscuit and a gooey cinnamon roll with maple cream cheese sauce.
