Trio Restaurant 

Established by the Stahl family at 114 West Main Street, Patchogue on July 28, 1998. Also responsible for the construction and operation of the restaurant property at 69 East Main Street until 2006.  Trio Restaurant and Catering, also located at Holbrook Country Club since 2005 is proud to return to the Patchogue-Medford community.

At the Town of Islip’s Holbrook Country Club in Holbrook,  New York our recently renovated ballroom can accommodate upwards of 150 guests in an elegant setting overlooking one of Long Island’s finest public golf courses. Our Bar and Grill is open to the public all day everyday….except Tuesday (golf outings).
