The salmon with oranges was a bit disappointing. I expected more depth of flavor, but it turned out very juicy to the point that the natural taste of the salmon was lost in the baking juices. The presentation was nice, but the fish itself felt overpowered.
I really enjoyed the other meals. The butternut squash soup was excellent: warm, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. The cheesecake was also amazing, creamy with a delicate texture and a great citrus topping.

We would HIGHLY recommended working with ALE if you’re planning a small-medium wedding.
Their coordination services alone are reason enough to book with them: we felt so supported with their setup, day-of-coordination and tear down, taking so much stress and hard work off our shoulders. They partnered with and handled most of the DJ and linen rentals, which further facilitated coordination.
The food was delicious, fresh and able to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions. My only real regret was eating too much 😉
We received lots of compliments on the selection at the bar, which went far beyond the standard bar rail drinks (highly recommend the espresso martini).
All in all, many people afterwards said that this was the best wedding they have ever been to and I really attribute much of this this to ALE’s professionalism and attention to detail. There are many decisions to make when planning a wedding and we are confident that we made the right choice in celebrating with ALE.

Seafood pasta was alright, bread felt unnecessary. Cocktails were kinda watered down but wine was fine. Service was friendly but not always attentive. Nice view of the course from the patio.
