Step back in time and experience the rich history and charm of The Dalles. Originally established in 1898, our historic building has served many purposes over the years—a hotel, a bank, a fine dining grill, and even a colorful "place of negotiable affection," as local historians say.
Today, we’ve lovingly restored the saloon, uncovering architectural treasures from its past while creating a welcoming space for everyone to enjoy. From antique details to our spacious back patio, every corner invites you to relax, sip a cold craft beer, and soak in the stories of yesteryear.
Our name, The Last Stop, honors The Dalles as the final destination for pioneers traveling the Oregon Trail before the Barlow Road was built. It’s also a nod to the building’s lively past and a reflection of our own journey—finding our "last stop" and home in this beautiful, sunny town.
We’re proud to be part of preserving this historic gem. Come in, unwind, and discover the magic of The Dalles with us.
Cheers!
