A good selection of menu options, good presentation and portions and excellent tasting. We sat on the patio and service was good but it wasn't busy. Lots of comfortable patio seating. Unfortunately not much of a view, although it does have some nice wall art.
Ordered 2 orders of breaded wings on Uber Eats and the chicken was pale, under cooked and some wings were undercooked on the inside and some pieces were really dark which means… absolutely disgusted $40 wasted. UberEats wouldn’t even refund
Our experience at Freeman was extremely frustrating. From the moment we walked in, no one greeted or acknowledged us. We waited at the entrance for around 10 minutes before deciding to sit down ourselves. Even after sitting for another 10 minutes, not a single staff member came over to offer menus, take our order, or explain the delay. We understand restaurants can get busy, but completely ignoring customers is unacceptable. We eventually left without eating. Better organization and basic customer service would make a huge difference. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing first impression.
