Mayflower Brewing Company
About Mayflower Brewing Company
Mayflower Brewing Company is a craft beer microbrewery located in historic Plymouth, Massachusetts. Founded in 2007 by a tenth great grandson of John Alden, beer barrel cooper on board the Mayflower, Mayflower Brewing Co. is dedicated to celebrating the history and legacy of the Pilgrims by creating unique, high-quality ales for the New England market.
Mayflower brews and packages all of their beer at their brewery in Plymouth and use only traditional brewing methods and ingredients. Their product line includes a set of year-round beers that honor traditional English ales, seasonal beers that celebrate our New England weather, and small batch releases that give us a chance to try out new ideas.
Enjoy a nite out planting and enjoy Mayflower’s finest beer! See what’s on tap: http://www.mayflowerbrewing.com/visit/tap-room/
There's no restaurnant on the premises, so eat first, have fun planting later!

Fun bar with a good selection of beers. The flight is the way to go so you can sample your way through a variety of brews. They offer events at this location. When I was there they had candle making happening. Was quiet when I went with a friend for after work drinks mid week. Free parking.
Meh. We went to the brewery to see a band and have a beer. My fault I chose the wrong beer but they gave me a different one. The band should stick to southern rock genre as they classic rock need work. Maybe they should interview a new singer? We will try the beer garden at Pinehills next.
Edit: Tried some of their Love and Wrestling recently, both in cans and on tap, both were really bad tasting compared to before. The newest batch tastes more like a lager and is much darker and less orange/juicy looking. I have had the beer very consistently over the years, but it's like they either messed with the recipe (which 400 re-release tasted like they messed with the recipe as well). Almost undrinkable, honestly I won't be buying another 4 pack of it. Not only that, but it seems like they bailed on DIPA's with Love & Wrestling being the only hazy double they have anymore. They have a rotating single IPA series, which is okay. Also have avoided the tap room for the past year and a half with change in staffing and overall vibe/service. Hopefully things get better. ____________________________________________________ Been stopping by every since the brewery opened. Over the years Mayflower has done a great job of introducing an abundance of well rounded beers and options. Starting with traditional 12oz cans, moving up to 16 oz cans and seasonal bottles for sale. Their staff has always been friendly and welcoming, as well as knowledgable about the beers. Family and pet friendly is a plus in my book. Live music on the weekends and options for 2 (sometimes 3) different beer gardens in the Plymouth area have been fun for a change of scenery. Mayflower has always had great connection with the community over the years. They have since expanded their taste in brews with offering Sours, IPAs, Porters, and lighter beers as well. They have always produced a fantastic double IPA for the pricepoint of a 4 pack, although you guys really should keep the 400 DIPA on all the time! Thanks for being so consistent and reliable.
