The level of hospitality is so impressive that I actually tell other restaurants about the service here because it’s that good. Been here previously and had great experiences, decided to come here for valentine’s dinner and had a very different one. Took 10 minutes to be seated -no big deal - Took about 40 minutes for someone to come to our table and ask if we had ordered anything. (we had to flag them down ourselves) Finally got our drinks about 15 minutes after we ordered them. We saw more people leave because they were tired of waiting for service and food than people who left because they were fed. Finally after 90 minutes of waiting for dinner (after we ordered) we were told our food would be out soon in about 10 minutes. We finally got our food, it was barely warm and just not good. My partner and I both ordered steak, and potatoes and were shocked how they could mess it up. We asked for our check and boxes. They comped us our meals, everyone was very apologetic, but very lacking in how the night played out. Our dogs enjoyed the steaks when we got home. We won’t be going there again for a while. (And definitely not for a Valentine’s Day)
Man what happened to this place they had a good cook from Texas now it's just crap. Went they last week for my birthday and ordered the wrap. It was two pieces of Oscar Myers deli meat and a slice of tomato with mayo on pita bread not even a wrap. I use to love this place now it's at the very bottom of the list....way down
